Steeltech is specialized in the fabrication of storage tanks covered by API 650 / API620 / AWWA Standard. We expertly manufacture the biggest capacities that the standard allows, at up to 170,000m3 capacity and all delivered with a considerable speed. Steel tanks maximum diameter 106mt fabrication and installation experience in GCC countries. Steeltech is a newly opened small-sized INDIAN fabrication company with a monthly capacity of 100MT – with an expansion strategy to fulfill our ever-growing client base. 800 Inch-Dia is our average monthly capacity in spool-piping fabrication. Headed by our passionate and visionary General Manager – Krishna Uppala, Steeltech is a 100% INDIAN-owned limited liability company and has full ownership of our bespoke production facilities in nearby Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone / Auto Nagar, Visakhapatnam. Technically strong due to multiple projects executed in 15 years of GCC experience, we have sourced an excellent international team of experienced Top Management and Middle Management. Highly technically qualified, our skilled engineers focus on Quality Assurance & Quality control with qualified and certified personnel like NACE/ BGAS painting Inspectors, AWS/ CSWIP Welding Inspectors, IRCA Certified lead auditors & AWS/ PCN technicians.

We have a 25-strong motivated and well-experienced workforce consisting of qualified Engineers, Foremen, Fabricators, Fitters, Grinders, Machine Operators, Welders, Blasters, Painters, Riggers, and Crane Operators. We endeavour to work closely with you, to ensure we surpass your expectations on delivery of all of our steel products and services.

Facilities

Our new facility at the nearest Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone / Auto Nagar, Visakhapatnam has a 1213m² total area including a Fabrication Covered area of 200m², and an Open Fabrication area of 813m² site office/accommodation area building 200m2. We are equipped with state-of-the-art Oxy-Acetylene cutting machines and Welding Machines and complete fabrication tools and tackles.

We understand that working closely with customers and end users is critical to success in the engineering sector. From the order received, the project is managed from the full site survey, calculations, drawings, and programmed works, liaising with you throughout the project. Our design team works in conjunction with you to integrate all your requirements to craft the perfect storage tank and piping and structure framework for you. With our expertise in engineering, we provide you with detailed CAD drawings in order to craft the finest products which are in accordance with industry standards. Installation of the tanks, pressure vessels and process piping and steel structures are project managed to provide minimum disruption on the customer site.
